Before you get started
Is it free to use?
Yes. Everything you need to meet and go on dates is free, including sending interest, matches, messages, saving a date day and Date Plan. You can also see everyone who sent you interest and all your visitors.
How old do I have to be?
Hugmore is for men 18 and older.
Do you verify users when they sign up?
Everyone verifies by SMS when they sign up. One phone number, one account.
Where is Hugmore available?
We plan to launch mainly in Asia, including Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines, as well as in Canada, Australia and more. We'll announce supported countries and regions on social media.
Which languages are supported?
Hugmore is available in 7 languages: 日本語, English, 한국어, 中文（简体）, 中文（台灣）, 中文（香港） and ไทย.
How it works
How many times can I send interest?
You can send up to 8 interests a day on the free plan and 20 a day with Hugmore Plus. Your count resets at midnight every day. Many apps let you send interest any number of times; Hugmore sets a daily number of sends so every interest carries meaning. That means each interest you receive was chosen with care. Sending one back to match, and sending “I'm in” to a Date Plan, don't count toward your total.
Can other guys see my Real Values answers?
No one can see your answers. When you match, you'll only see the values you both share. Answers that differ never show up anywhere.
Do I need a face photo?
You can keep face photos in a private album that only guys you choose can see. So you can get started without showing your face.
What happens when I find a boyfriend?
Congratulations! You can take a break with Pause Mode and keep your account, or delete your account.
Safety
I'm worried someone I know will find me
With Location blur, you can shift the location other guys see by up to 3 km (free). With Private Mode on Hugmore Plus, you only show up for guys you choose.
What if someone who's taken is using it?
When signing up, everyone confirms with a checkbox that they don't currently have a partner (a boyfriend or spouse). If a profile, a Date Plan post or your messages show that someone has a boyfriend, please report him. Our team will look into it and take action.
Pricing
Are there ads?
Not right now. And with Hugmore Plus, you won't see any ads at all.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel Hugmore Plus in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
