Safety, built in
No worrying about people you know finding out you're on the app, or about guys who are here for something else. Our rules are clear.
SMS verification: one account per person
Everyone verifies by SMS when they sign up. One phone number, one account.
Every photo, checked automatically
No sexually explicit photos, and no photos showing contact details, social media handles or QR codes.
Report and Block
Report someone and they're blocked automatically, without ever knowing it was you. Anyone can block for free, and the other guy isn't notified.
We don't read your messages
We only look at a chat if one of the two people in it reports the other, or if the law requires it.
No names in your notifications
Notifications never show his name or what he said. On your lock screen, you'll only see “You have a new notification.”
Screenshot protection
Screenshots and screen recordings of the app come out black.
Location blur (free)
Shift the location other guys see by up to 3 km.
Private Mode (Hugmore Plus)
Your profile won't appear in Explore. Only guys you choose, like ones you've sent interest to or matched with, can see you. And you won't show up in anyone's Visitors.
You can also lock the app with a passcode (Face ID or fingerprint works too), and Pause Mode lets you take a break without deleting your account. And right now, there are no ads.
